CANDLE CARE
Upon your first burn make sure to let your candle create a full and even burn pool to each edge of the jar. This will create an impression in your candle's "memory" and preventing tunneling in future burns.
For safe burns keep your wick trimmed to 1/4" inch before each burn to prevent sooting and high flames.
FROSTING AND "WETSPOTS"
Due to the nature of soy candles, your candle may have "frosting" or white snowflake-like patches. This is just a natural part of soy wax and besides the outwards appearance, your candle will still perform and smell wonderful. Because I, as a small business, small-batch my candles there may be slight variations from batch to batch.
BURN TIME
The average burn time for a Books Tabs and Wicks 4 Ounce candle is 8-12 hours. You should never leave an open flame alone.
WAX MELTS
All Books Tabs and Wicks wax melts are made with soy wax and have a 9% fragrance load. I personally do not enjoy over scented superstrong candles or melts and my products reflect that. My desire is to create a product that makes your space more enjoyable by a moderate and enjoyable scent load.

Depending on what you buy your order's shipping time could vary.
- Candles : 2-5 Business Days
- Wax Melts: 1-5 Business Days
- Custom Candles: 1-2 Weeks
- Wholesale: 2-4 Weeks
COVID-19
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping starts at a flat rate of $25 usd and can easily exceed $50 depending on your location. I don't have control over these costs or shipping times which can take upwards of a month.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, & LOST MAIL
I do not accept returns. Once you purchase an item it is yours to keep. If you received the wrong item contact me and we will work to remedy the issue. While errors don't happen often I am a one woman show and they're impossible to avoid.
I will not give refunds. If your product came broken or was not up to standard please contact me immediately. Refunds will be given only for products damaged in transit and a replacement will be sent out within a week.
If your package gets lost in the mail I will replace the package. However if a package is marked delivered, but you have not received it I will open a case on your behalf before I ship out a replacement or give any reimbursements. If a package has been lost contact me with your order information.
